First time ever for making a track in logic and to be fair it is not actually that bad. Whilst I do not know the shortcut keys, the basic premise is similar to cubase. Cubase is still preferred though as I can use it without being restricted by the protocols of a mac computer.
Techniques learned today include
Rudimentary cutting and pasting in logic, sequencing, tempo change, time signature change (handy as the bill theme tune is 7/4 which gives it a jazz feel). I am also learning samplers in logic (but this is being pretty tetchy with it). Transient markers are not my favourite thing in the world and getting samples to trigger with keyboards can be tricky. I must renember to tranpose the octaves so they fit within the desired range on the midi keyboard. (tutorials 1,2 and 5)
